To run your own business creating a food experience for customers while they visit the Midlands of Ireland.
Ballinahown Tearooms was established by 2011 by Helen Conneely of Celtic Roots Studio. The Tearooms share the building with Helen's own studio.
The Celtic Roots Studio is an award winning artisan studio and it in itself attracts visitors from all over the world.
The village is part of Ireland's Ancient East and features regularly in attractions linked to the midlands.
The tearooms has established itself as a stop on the way to Clonmcanoise, while visiting the midlands and also a favourite with locals in equal measure. It also is a stop off for many on the busy N62 linking the north east to the south west of Ireland.
In the past the tearooms has served food created in-house and freshly prepared daily. It comes with a small but adequate kitchen and the new leasee is welcome to utilise the fridges, oven, dishwasher, freezers etc that are on the premises.
The Tearooms also has vintage furniture and furnishings, crockery, cutlery etc, pretty much turnkey. The lease is for 4 years 9 months and it's important that the person/s taking on the business would like to progress the award winning status of this small but excellent business.
